Eric was prompt, friendly, and was very diligent in trying to solve my gas fireplace emission issue. He explained well what he did and was sympathetic when it was discovered it could not be repaired. Very personable, professional, and informative.

Had an error code on my heat pump and called the office to get a technician over. Despite it being past 11pm, Geoffrey came and had the issue resolved in about 5 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Well done!

Ted was outstanding! He arrived on time, was professional throughout, and took the time to thoroughly inspect both my furnace and air conditioning unit. He explained everything clearly, highlighted what was working well, and pointed out areas to keep an eye on without any pressure. It was great to find a technician so knowledgeable and honest.
