“Salem came earlier than scheduled, after the company confirmed it was OK (it was). He quickly got down to work, performing the maintenance on both the A/C and the furnace. He found an issue with the A/C, which he said he will report so that the company will schedule a separate service call. Once he was done, he cleaned up, reported the results, and concluded the service call. No muss, no fuss, just as it should be.”
